I’m Dilek Ünal — a globally experienced Operations Manager with over four years in international logistics and 13 years in aviation leadership. My professional path has taken me from the skies to the supply chain, where I now specialize in managing complex, multi-country import operations and remote logistics execution.
Currently, I oversee end-to-end global supply chain operations for U.S.-bound shipments from Asia, South America, and Europe. From production planning and freight coordination to customs clearance and last-mile delivery, I ensure every stage runs with precision, even across time zones and regulatory borders. My proactive strategies have directly reduced shipping costs, mitigated risks, and saved thousands in potential losses.
Before transitioning into logistics, I served as a senior flight attendant and cabin chief, managing international crews and high-stakes flight operations.
